Company DescriptionThe Benugo brand stretches from our own award-winning high street stores to cafes and restaurants within some of the world’s best loved public spaces and visitor attractions.Find out more about us atJob DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Events Supervisor to join the team at Wellcome Collection.The successful candidate will be part of our dedicated events team, overseeing a variety of functions such as canape receptions, corporate meetings, and other predominantly daytime events.We Offer:Hours: Full TimePay Rate: £14.50 per hourShifts: Any 5 days out of 7 (mostly daytime)Contract: PermanentAbout the Events Supervisor role:
  • Maintain accurate and timely daily administration requirements
  • Order products/services for each delivery/event
  • Ensure all weekly food, drinks, packaging and equipment stocktakes are accurate
  • Ensure all food and service is consistent
  • Provide the team with relevant training to enable consistency high performance standards
  • Provide timely feedback to the Venue manager
  • Consistently demonstrate and apply health, safety and hygiene standards
  • Support the wider team through proactive teamwork and cooperation
  • Actively participate and contribute towards achieving goals
  • Maintaining up-to-date and detailed knowledge of the company’s products, services and procedures
  • Contributing to strategic projects or group initiatives as and when required
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Strong team player
  • Passion for food and wine is a plus!
