Your mission will be to provide exceptional customer service, handling guest requests efficiently and going above and beyond to ensure their stay is memorable.We have a variety of shifts and hours including early shifts (7am-3:30pm), late shifts (2:00pm-10.30pm), and middle shifts (10am-6:30pm), to support the reception team weekdays and weekends.What we look for in a Receptionist:
  • Previous experience in the hospitality industry or a similar role, demonstrating your ability to provide exceptional guest service.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and guests
  • Punctuality and good personal presentation
  • Proficiency in using IT software and familiarity with Opera would be advantageous (although not essential as training will be provided if needed).
