Brandt Tractor Ltd. has an exciting opportunity for a Sales Manager in our Ayr, London, and Windsor Brandt Peterbilt locations. This position is responsible for maximizing the sales growth and profitability of the wholegoods department.Duties & Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of the sales of Truck & Trailer equipment
Achieve asset management goals of turn and aging as well as protection of company assets
Provide for the right mix of inventory to achieve sales and market share goals
Management and development of all employees in the Sales Department with the goal of building a motivated and successful workforce focused on long-term success for the company, customers and employees.
Achieve market share goals as agreed for the long-term success of our manufacturer and the company.
Provide feedback and input into future opportunities and competitive pressures.
Assist in the management of Branch account receivables in conjunction with the VP of Credit and VP of Operations.

7+ years’ direct work experience in a sales management capacity
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field considered an asset
Experience in the heavy equipment industry considered an asset
Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with corporate departments, key business partners, and customers
Confident in decision making regarding financial transactions, sales strategy, budgeting, and forecasting
High level of critical and logical thinking, analysis, and reasoning
Must be available to travel as needed
