- Demonstrable experience in marketing, behaviour change, or employee engagement, preferably with a learning focus.
- Proven ability to design and deliver multi-channel campaigns for specific audience groups that drive behavioural change and encourage colleague participation.
- Evidence of aligning campaign messaging with business and individual objectives to support that 'What's in it for me' to enable strategic outcomes.
- Ability to analyse and interpret data to inform learning initiatives and improve campaign effectiveness.
- Experience in partnering with or working alongside internal comms teams to leverage enterprise channels to support learning adoption.
