  • You will be well-versed in partnership working within a local resilience forum and health resilience partnerships, and with the legislative framework for UK emergency preparedness, response and recovery and will have practical experience of delivering high quality work in this field for a local authority or other Civil Contingencies Act responder.
  • You will be educated to degree level in a relevant / related subject (or have an equivalent level of knowledge gained from EPRR professional experience) and have the skills and abilities to lead on large areas of work within the team’s ambitious work programme.
  • The ability to interact and remain focussed within the difficult and stressful environment of an emergency response, sometimes for long and unsociable hours, will be essential.
