  • You will manage a caseload of medical, dental, and other clinical negligence cases, requiring a strong understanding of clinical negligence and the confidence and expertise to handle them independently.
  • The appointed solicitor must be capable of delivering legal services with a personal touch, consistently demonstrating care and understanding.
  • Applications are welcome from newly qualified solicitors with experience in clinical negligence or in handling complex, high value industrial disease cases, including fast track or multi-track litigation.
