Come share your knowledge for your subject!I am currently working on behalf of a secondary school based in South Bristol that is looking for a subject specialist, whether you are a chemist, biologist or physicist. Long Term Teachers need a passionate person to join the Science department of a well established secondary school to lead classes across Key Stage 3, 4 and some lessons in the 6th from. The role is part time so is perfect for an experienced teacher who wants to decrease their hours yet still keep their hand in teaching. Or if you are a Science teacher but have taken some time and want to come back to teaching but still need to jungle family life this is the perfect role for you.The role will involve:
  • Planning and marking across Key Stage 3 and 4
  • 0.6- 0.8
  • Working proactively with other members of the department
What the client is looking forThe headteacher is looking for a kind, approachable individual, who can show excellent organisational skills, be assertive, and must have a QTS or at least 1 year experience teaching in UK schools.
