- Create persona- and use-case-aligned collateral (decks, demos, objection-handling tools) that support every stage of the sales cycle, from SDR outreach through to AE-led solutioning.
- Partner with Sales and Account Management to develop bespoke materials that support growth opportunities with major clients.
- Ensure every asset is concise, credible, and focused on driving momentum in deals.
- Build and maintain playbooks and custom GPTs that embed live competitive insight into day-to-day sales.
- Lead regular updates of battlecards, objection-handling guidance, and positioning materials in response to market shifts.
- Define and evolve Weavrâs USPs in collaboration with Product to ensure they resonate with buyer needs and market dynamics.
- Align messaging across website, sales tools, and campaigns, ensuring the website language consistently reflects our positioning.
- Lead the ongoing refinement of our âWhy Embedded Financeâ story, tailoring it to specific industries and decision-makers.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in product marketing or a related role in tech (ideally B2B SaaS or fintech). You have been involved in crafting messaging and supporting go-to-market for technical or complex products.
- Self-Starter: A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to independently drive projects. Youâre comfortable taking initiative in a fast-paced startup environment and can handle both strategy and execution.
- Curious & Commercial: Naturally curious with a strong interest in learning about the intersection of finance and technology, and the creative business models it can power. You enjoy combining customer insight with market research to shape compelling narratives.
- Communication & Storytelling: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. You can turn complex financial or technical concepts into clear, persuasive stories that resonate with both technical audiences and business decision-makers.
- Collaborative: Strong team player who works well cross-functionally; you build solid relationships with Product Managers, Sales reps, and other stakeholders, and youâre effective at knowledge-sharing and training others on product value and messaging.
