- Lead and develop a dedicated staff team to deliver high-quality care and support.
- Ensure compliance with Care Quality Commission (CQC) Key Lines of Enquiry (KLOEs) while continually seeking ways to improve the quality of life for the people we support.
- Oversee budget management, recruitment, and adherence to HR policies and procedures.
- Work collaboratively with sister schemes, providing guidance and support in the absence of their Assistant Manager.
- Be part of the on-call management rota, supporting services for Older Adults, Dementia, and Reablement.

- Outstanding Interpersonal Skills: The ability to communicate effectively with staff, families, professionals, and service users in both formal and informal settings.
- Proven Experience: At least 5 years of frontline management experience in a social care setting, with a sound understanding of CQC regulations and standards.
- Strong Organisational Skills: The ability to manage competing priorities and handle conflicting demands.
- Development Focus: A passion for creating an open and transparent culture that supports learning and the development of both the staff team and the service.
