Job Description Summary Become part of a winning team and help to deliver the Green Energy transition.Innovation & AIML Operations Leader is responsible for driving the execution and tracking of strategic initiatives, incl. complex cross-disciplined programs that span multiple organizations and various stakeholders (e.g.: different).You will be responsible for defining and executing programs, and tracking and monitoring execution, risks & opportunities to ensure program on-time delivery.Job DescriptionKey responsibilities
  • Support the definition of AI / ML strategic roadmaps for Electrification.
  • Drive the definition of the programs including milestones for AI / ML and Innovation Partnerships.
  • Manage Risks & Dependencies between organisations.
  • Define and implement processes for coordination between organisations.
  • Owns tools and continuous improvement for the Innovation and AI / ML Electrification organisation.
Qualifications/Requirements
  • Bachelor degree in science or engineering.
  • Extensive and demonstrated years of professional experience including software development project management, risk management, strategy.
  • Extensively established leadership credentials.
