- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, utilizing a deep understanding of IT systems and tools.
- System Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance and updates on IT infrastructure to prevent downtime and optimize performance.
- Incident Management: Manage and track incidents, ensuring all issues are documented, communicated, and resolved effectively.
- Escalation Handling: Address issues escalated from 1st line support, providing solutions and recommendations for improvement.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of incidents, solutions, and system changes to support continuous improvement.
- User Training: Assist in training end-users on IT systems and best practices to enhance their proficiency and reduce support requests.
- Microsoft Entra, Intune and Azure
- Meraki SDWAN and AP’s
- 3CX
- Proxmox
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support or related roles.
- Technical Expertise: Proficient in Windows, networking protocols, and common IT tools.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with the IT team and other departments to achieve common goals.
- Certifications: Relevant IT certifications, such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), are preferred.
