My client are looking to add a Key Account Manager - Residential to their market leading business.Joining a very well-established hospitality and residential team, the key account manager role presents an excellent opportunity to develop business within a key element of the market, with the chance to manage and build on our core client base within the residential / build to sell sector.You will utilise your exceptional account management skills to elevate revenue and enhance profitability within your assigned accounts. In the same breath, you will be at the forefront of identifying new business and drive sales with residential developers.You will work with investors, developers, architects, designers, consultants, and management companies. Identifying the builds at the early planning stage is key so that you are best placed for initial fit out stage on their on-site gyms. True partnership extends beyond this and in this role you will manage the account all the way through to refurbishment, upselling and retention.The Key Account Manager - Residential:
  • Immerse yourself in understanding the unique needs of our residential clients, strategically boosting annual revenues from assigned accounts
  • Build lasting, robust business relationships with key stakeholders, encouraging customer loyalty
  • Foster seamless collaborations internally, working closely with Logistics, Aftersales, Accounts and more to deliver a seamless customer experience
  • Champion re-design projects for your portfolio's key accounts, overseeing projects from inception to realisation in the new build sector
  • Define and execute local market strategies, representing the business at exhibitions, trade shows and industry events
  • Identify and seek out key players in the Build to Sell sector, creating opportunities to bring our cutting-edge equipment to a broader customer base
  • Enlighten key decision makers about our premium and innovative solutions, capitalising on opportunities to cultivate fresh business
  • Forecast for both short and long term projects, tracking budget milestones for the current year and beyond
  • Improve the P&L and debtor days on each account, remaining equipped to advise clients on funding solutions to finance projects
  • Provide timely, reliable and structured forecast and pipeline management presentations to Sales Managers and internal stakeholders
  • Attend/oversee installations to ensure a seamless experience.

  • A proven track record within B2B / industrial sales
  • A proven track record selling into the residential / build to sell market
  • Experience working with a luxury / premium brand
  • A strong mix between account management and business development
  • Experience managing complex deals and selling solutions
  • Consultative selling approach and negotiation skills
  • Strong financial acumen
  • A passion for sports, fitness and wellness
  • Excellent listening, communication, and presentation skills
  • Hunger and results driven mentality
  • A team player
  • Independent and organised with a high attention to detail
  • Be commutable to London and the surrounding area daily.

  • £60,000 - £70,000 OTE (base and commission)
  • Car allowance / car / all travel paid for

  • Home based role with travel across London and surrounding areas to see customers
