- Identify and qualify new opportunities through targeted desktop research and outreach, including virtual presentations
- Build networks and uncover leads by attending and engaging at industry events and conferences
- Convert qualified prospects into long-term commercial relationships through virtual and face-to-face meetings
- Promote products and brand visibility through webinars, industry events, and social media content
- Contribute to product development by gathering customer insights and conducting competitive analysis
- Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in a technical role involving direct customer engagement
- Confident in delivering clear, engaging presentations of technical concepts to varied audiences
- Practical understanding of technical or scientific equipment and its applications
- Fluent in English; additional language skills are advantageous
- Holds a full UK driving licence and valid passport, with willingness to travel internationally
- Energetic and commercially driven, with a strong focus on business growth
- Highly organised, methodical, and results-focused in approach
- Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in science, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent professional experience
