Our chefs work with our customers and have created a menu of more than 200 quality meals.To help support our growth plans, we are looking for a Multi-Skilled Engineering Technician to join our fantastic team.In this role, you will support the running of the factory and will resolve breakdowns and deliver planned maintenance.You will also be required to drive improvement across the site in terms of new machinery, hygiene, quality and performance.Key Accountabilities:Carrying out preventative and reactive maintenance workWorking to ensure continuous improvement across the siteWorking with an implemented PPM schedule alongside breakdown activityDelivering all operational mechanical and electrical support on siteConducting fault diagnosis, breakdown cover and equipment installationWe’re looking for some who:Has a desire to learnHas a positive personal attitudeTakes pride in delivering first-class resultsHas a practical approach to problem solvingShows initiative and supports change implementation.Skills & experience required:Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer with both electrical & mechanical relevant professional qualifications (apprenticeship, NVQ, HNC etc)HACCP and GMP qualificationSafe systems of workingExperience working in a LEAN manufacturing environment, using LEAN tools such as TMPKnowledge and understanding of OEE.What we can offer you:Salary £45,875Core hours Monday – Friday, 6am-2pm/2pm-10pmAccess to GroceryAid, which provides emotional, practical and financial supportBenefits and recognition hub – including amazing colleague discounts.If you’re interested in this role, please send us your CV and a brief introduction about yourself.
