A thriving and inclusive primary school in Harborne is seeking a skilled Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to support teaching and learning throughout the next academic year.You'll work closely with teachers to provide targeted academic and behavioural support, delivering high-quality assistance that helps children thrive.Key Responsibilities as a higher level teaching assistant:*Delivering pre-planned lessons in the absence of the class teacher
*Supporting learning through small group interventions and one-to-one sessions
*Contributing to lesson planning and classroom organisationWhat We're Looking For:*Higher Level Teaching Assistant qualification or comparable classroom-based experience
*Ability to lead learning confidently across various year groups
*Passion for supporting children's academic and personal development
