- Be the capabilities thought partner to the Director of Consumer Driven Growth and our Business Development leader.
- Convert our vision for how we'll support CPG decision making into a concrete capability development roadmap
- Lead the design and delivery of market-ready solutions, integrating data sources, analytics, and client interfaces.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to bring product ideas to life, including managing MVPs, pilots, and testing processes.
- Work with our data science teams to apply innovative science and AI to ensure our solutions deliver a meaningful edge for clients.
- Oversee 'technical' solution delivery to clients, ensuring alignment with briefs and high-impact outcomes.
- Build a roadmap of continuous improvement, capturing feedback and evolving our solutions from good to great.
- Bring a passion for 'what's possible' in analytics and insight to generate new thinking on solutions. Drive capabilities innovation by identifying emerging technologies, market trends, and potential partnerships.
- Play a key role in shaping the overall strategy, ensuring our propositions remain differentiated and competitive.
- Experience in a product or capability leadership role within a CPG marketing-focused insights or analytics agency.
- Exposure to start-up or scale-up environments, with a hands-on, agile mindset.
- Deep expertise in product development and delivery in one or more relevant domains of marketing decision making, with a broad understanding of the consumer insights product landscape.
- A strong grasp of how AI can enhance product performance and client outcomes.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams of technical experts through the full product lifecycle-from concept to delivery and ongoing improvement.
- A passion for industry innovation, staying ahead of trends and identifying emerging players and technologies.
- A start-up mentality-comfortable with ambiguity, proactive in shaping processes, and confident in challenging the status quo.
