- Data Analysis and Reporting: Assist in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting compensation data. Support the preparation of reports and presentations for management review.
- Use GenAI (Microsoft, ChatGPT) to accerlate analysis and reporting
- Benchmarking and Research: Conduct research on market trends and best practices in compensation and benefits. Assist in benchmarking studies to compare company offerings with industry standards.
- Grading: Assist in grading roles consistently across the organisation
- Support in Reward Projects: Collaborate with the team to design and implement reward programs and initiatives. Provide administrative support in the rollout and communication of reward programs.
- Cyclical Activities Management: Support the management of cyclical activities within the specific function/LoB, including performance reviews and salary adjustments.
- Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power Query, Pivots)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Full proficiency in English
- A high sense of confidentiality
- Results-oriented, with the ability to work autonomously, be self-directed
- Team player and ability to work in an international environment
- Data visualization skills, clear storytelling and high discretion
- Apply AI to real HR challenges with global impact.
- Own high-visibility analyses for compensation and performance decisions.
