- * Proactively research and identify projects to connect with key contacts through various channels.
- * Understand client needs and arrange meetings to promote our machinery and services.
- * Collaborate with the pre-project department to determine and propose tailored technical solutions.
- * Present and advocate for solutions that align with client requirements.
- * Negotiate service fees, contractual terms, and delivery timelines to secure the most favorable agreements.
- * Represent the company at trade shows, events, and industry activities to boost visibility and revenue growth.
- * Foster and manage partnerships with key and major accounts, ensuring client retention and formalized collaboration.
- * Travel to company sites for training, client visits, and participation in Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT).
- - Proven expertise in negotiation and sales processes, particularly with major accounts.
- - Strong technical knowledge in mechanics and automation, with experience in carton end-of-line machinery being highly valued.
- - Comprehensive understanding of international trade, specifically in the Benelux, Scandinavia and UK markets.
- - Knowledge of and/or experience in the food and/or cosmetics industry.
- - A professional background in the end-of-line carton sector.
- - Multicultural adaptability and the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CAD software, and CRM tools.
- - The ability to read, interpret and modify AutoCAD drawings.
- - A strong educational background in both technical and commercial disciplines.
- - A results-driven mindset with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team.
- - Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build meaningful client relationships.
