The Children's Health Team work within Lincolnshire County Council very closely with Children's Services (Children's Centres, Early Help, Social Care and Family Hubs) and other agencies. Our aim is to improve outcomes and reduce health inequalities for children, young people and their families in our care. Due to our integrated ways of working, we are able to provide a comprehensive package of care to ensure that our children are able to achieve their full potential. We deliver our service in different environments such as within the home, children's centres and schools.There are 4 HV vacancies which are within East Lindsey North, East Lindsey South, West Lindsey east and Lincoln South.About youWe are seeking practitioners who thrive upon innovation and are not averse to change.
