The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in air conditioning systems. This role involves the installation, maintenance and repair of various air conditioning units, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.Responsibilities Include:
- Install, maintain and repair air conditioning systems in commercial settings.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment to identify issues and perform necessary repairs.
- Build and assemble components for air conditioning units as required.
- Troubleshoot problems with existing systems and implement effective solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including equipment repairs and maintenance schedules.
- Collaborate with other engineers and technicians to ensure efficient operations.
- Provide guidance and leadership to junior staff members, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Proven experience in air conditioning installation, maintenance, and repair.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot complex systems.
- Familiarity with equipment repair techniques and best practices.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to mentor junior team members.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Relevant certifications or qualifications in AC are required.
