As Senior Sous Chef, you’ll support the Head Chef in delivering exceptional food and leading a passionate kitchen team. You’ll manage daily operations, maintain high standards, train the team, control costs, and ensure compliance – all while helping create unforgettable customer experiences.The Benefits
  • Up to £35,000 per year (DOE) + approx. £5,000 in tips
  • We would be happy to consider this role as an hourly rate if preferred, just let us know!
