Job Title: Maths and English TutorLocation: Leicestershire, LeicesterSalary: £25.00 - £30.00 Per hourJob Duties:
  • Provide individual and group tutoring in Maths and English subjects
  • Create tailored lesson plans to meet the learning needs of each student
  • Assess students' progress and provide feedback to help them improve
  • Utilise various teaching methods to engage students and enhance their understanding
  • Collaborate with other educators to develop effective teaching strategies
Required Qualifications:
  • Relevant qualification in Maths, English or Education
  • Proven experience in tutoring or teaching Maths and English
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt teaching techniques to meet the needs of diverse learners
Education:Degree in Maths, English or EducationExperience:Minimum of 2 years of experience in tutoring or teaching Maths and EnglishKnowledge and Skills:
  • Strong understanding of Maths and English curriculum
  • Ability to assess students' learning needs and provide targeted support
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in using educational technology and resources
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS)
  • Experience working with students with diverse learning needs
  • Additional qualifications in special education or literacy development

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
