If you’ve got your Level 3 qualification, a great big smile, and a knack for calming chaos, we’d love to hear from you.Your role will include:Supporting children aged 0–5 through learning, play, and daily routinesDelivering engaging activities that spark curiosity and build confidencePromoting speech, language, and emotional developmentWorking closely with parents and carers to build strong, trusting relationshipsCreating a safe, inclusive environment where every child feels seen and celebratedWhat we’re looking for:A Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or equivalent)Experience working in nurseries, preschools, or EYFS unitsA warm, child-led approach to learning and careFlexibility, team spirit, and a good sense of humour (essential for nappy duty!)Thrive trained?
