- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored logistics solutions for clients.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic planning.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to stakeholders.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure long-term partnerships.
- Work closely with the logistics team to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Report on sales performance and business development initiatives.
- Proven experience in business development, preferably within 3rd party logistics.
- A strong understanding of logistics operations and client relationship management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- The ability to work independently and drive results.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities.
- A competitive salary package in the range of £65,000 to £80,000.
- A Company car or car allowance of £6,000 p/a.
- A performance-based bonus of up to 10%.
