- Identifying and sourcing potential graduate candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, university career fairs, and networking events.
- Building and maintaining relationships with candidates to understand their career aspirations, skills, and preferences.
- Conducting initial screening interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' suitability for specific roles.
- Assisting in the coordination of recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews, arranging assessment centres, and providing administrative support as required.
- Collaborating with clients to understand their hiring needs and requirements, and presenting suitable candidates for consideration.
- Providing regular updates and feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Developing and implementing strategies to attract and retain top graduate talent, including employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing campaigns.
- Keeping abreast of industry trends, market developments, and best practices in graduate recruitment to continuously improve recruitment strategies and processes.
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage with candidates effectively.
- Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a strong drive to achieve targets and deliver results.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently with minimal supervision.
- Previous experience in recruitment or HR-related roles is advantageous but not essential.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and platforms is advantageous.
- Genuine interest in talent acquisition and helping graduates kick-start their careers.
