
Delivery & Planning Lead

- Maintain and manage the functional roadmap and team delivery plan
- Facilitate quarterly/annual planning cycles and track alignment to OKRs or priorities
- Coordinate dependencies and milestones across all pillars of Operational Strategy
- Run project trackers and reporting rhythms across multiple streams
- Drive planning and delivery for recurring forums (e.g. pillar syncs, Ops Leadership updates)
- Prepare high-quality supporting materials and syntheses for leadership input
- Translate complex delivery updates into crisp, strategic reporting decks
- Support creation of storytelling materials for internal stakeholders and leadership audiences
- Support the Head of Operational Strategy, P&C with strategic analysis in support of functional goals and objectives
- Support design and execution of team routines (team meetings, retros, showcases, planning days)
- Maintain risks/issues/actions logs and documentation
- Help embed light governance without bureaucracy
- Coordinate updates and inputs from other functions (Risk, Ops, Tech, etc.)
- Build effective working relationships across teams to accelerate delivery
- Act as a reliable interface for queries, data gathering and alignment requests
- Experience working in a PMO, strategic project support or planning role (internal (re)insurance or consulting)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions, demonsted through experience in multi-language programming (e.g. Python, R, SQL, JavaScript), data engineering and data science methodologies, the development of impactful visual analytics (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI)
- Communication: Superior communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences (confident with presentation decks, data, storyboarding and reporting to executive leadership teams)
- Highly organised with excellent delivery

- Ability to adapt to changing business environments and drive continuous improvement.

- A forward-thinking approach with a passion for driving innovation and operational excellence
- Occasional travel to SCOR overseas offices may be required.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) in an analytical discipline
