- Responsible for stakeholder alignment and accountability across FP&A teams to reach desired business outcomes
- Key role in the annual planning and budgeting process in collaboration with other senior leaders
- Ideate, confirm and communicate key business priorities and strategic initiatives as inputs to the long-range plans
- Accountable for the corporate forecasting process and escalate critical risks
- Define and anticipate problems/opportunities and proposes solutions/plans of action along with relevant information to key decision makers
- Drive consistent approach and metrics for evaluating and tracking financial plans and performance across the business to deliver efficiency & margin improvement goal
- Provide financial guidance and business partnership to senior management and other function-levels
- Develop models, and work with Data teams to standardise for consistent reporting across the Group
- Provide pro-active, insightful, high-quality analysis to support decision making and support preparation of Board reporting.
- Review management commentary on operational results
- 10+ years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis
- Expert modeler and teacher of modelling
- Proficient in Financial reporting and Data systems (ideally Netsuite and PowerBI)
- Superb attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and deliver in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment
- Line manager experience
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally
- Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge and experience with UK reporting requirements
- Strong sense of ownership and proactivity
- Experience in a multi-subsidiary environment
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting, MBA and/or ACA/ACCA/CIMA
