Your responsibilities will encompass the efficient delivery of comprehensive educational programmes tailored for both new recruits and experienced nursing staff. You will collaborate on, and potentially lead, the development of onboarding processes for nursing personnel.On a day-to-day basis, you will spearhead educational initiatives designed not only to meet regulatory requirements but also to enhance the quality of care provided. Utilising your extensive clinical expertise, you will identify areas for improvement and implement educational interventions accordingly. Success in this role hinges upon possessing profound clinical knowledge and exceptional interpersonal skills.   • Registered Nurse (RN) with an active NMC PIN
  • First-level degree in Paediatric Nursing
  • Post-graduate certificate in education coupled with a recognised mentorship qualification
  • Extensive experience in clinical education, with a substantive background in the relevant nursing speciality
  • Post-graduate module in Practice Education
  • Desirable: Train the Trainer qualification
