They deliver advisory services, feasibility studies, and detailed design, ensuring safe water supplies, preventing urban flooding, and improving river and coastal health.Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design of major water supply infrastructure projects.
- Contribute to sustainable wastewater and flood protection solutions.
- Produce and review engineering calculations, specifications, drawings, and reports.
- Represent our client in client meetings, fostering strong relationships.
- Manage project teams, budgets, and programmes to ensure high-quality delivery.
- Support technical excellence, commercial success, and proposal writing.
- Maintain best practice in health, safety, welfare, and environmental impact.
- Chartered Civil Engineer (CEng) with a recognised institution.
- Proven track record in delivering complex technical projects.
- Strong design and design team management experience.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across multi-disciplinary teams.
- Good knowledge of CDM designer responsibilities.
- Ability to travel to other offices and project sites.
- Experience mentoring junior staff and building team capability.
- Experience in preparing bids and client engagement.
