What You’ll Be Doing
  • Welcoming patients and guiding them through their visit
  • Supporting dispensing and frame styling with a focus on aesthetics and comfort
  • Managing appointments, enquiries and daily admin tasks
  • Helping maintain a beautiful and well-organised retail environment
  • Working closely with a close-knit team in a fast-paced, design-led setting
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience in optics is essential
  • A love for eyewear, fashion, or design
  • Confident communicator who builds rapport easily
  • Passionate about delivering memorable customer experiences
  • Organised, proactive and a great team player
Salary & Benefits
  • Up to £28,000 salary, depending on experience
