With a strong reputation for innovation, reliability, and customer focus, they support commercial shipping, defence, and offshore industries.We are seeking a NAVCOM Project Coordinator to manage the delivery of NAVCOM and SATCOM projects, coordinating internal teams, overseeing multiple projects end-to-end, and ensuring completion on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.Responsibilities:
Coordinate NAVCOM & SATCOM projects from start to finish.
Support the Senior Project Manager in managing multiple maritime projects.
Liaise with internal teams (engineering, logistics, field service) and external suppliers.
Track project costs, timelines, and ensure successful delivery.
Assist with bids, pre-sales activities, and customer relationship management.
Required skills:
3-5 years of experience in Project Coordination
Experience with maritime systems (Radar, GMDSS, ECDIS, AIS, VHF/UHF, Satcoms) is a plus
Strong organisational & communication skills
Able to work independently, meet tight deadlines & solve problems
Customer-focused with a proactive mindset
