Job Type: Full-time, Hybrid WorkingA Senior Architectural Technician is required for a forward-thinking, multi-disciplinary team delivering projects that make a real difference to people and their communities.About the RoleYou’ll take the technical lead across a variety of exciting projects in sectors including residential, healthcare, education, and emergency services. With a strong focus on RIBA Stages 4–6, you’ll collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality, technically robust workKey ResponsibilitiesLead the preparation and delivery of projects.Oversee and support the production of high-quality technical drawings and documentationWork across a variety of sectors, including residential, education, care and emergency servicesCollaborate effectively in a multi-disciplinary environmentProvide guidance and mentorship to junior team membersEssential Skills and ExperienceSolid experience in AutoCAD, Revit, and BIMA good understanding of UK Building Regulations and current planning legislationProven experience delivering projects across RIBA stagesConfident working within collaborative, multi-disciplinary teamsDesirable SkillsExperience in a BIM Level 2 environmentCIAT accreditationAdvanced skills in Revit, 3D modelling and renderingProficiency in SketchUp, Photoshop, InDesign, and IllustratorWhat’s in It for You
