- Managing the end-to-end sales process, from valuation through to completion.
- Accompanying viewings and effectively showcasing properties to prospective buyers.
- Negotiating offers, handling objections, and progressing sales through to exchange and completion.
- Delivering outstanding client care and ensuring a smooth, professional service throughout.
- Mentoring and supporting junior team members, helping to foster growth and team success.
- Developing new business opportunities through networking and relationship-building.
- Keeping up to date with local market trends and adapting strategies to remain competitive.
- A proven track record in residential sales, ideally in a managerial or senior negotiator role.
- Strong experience in valuing properties and winning instructions.
- Confident and professional with excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to progress sales and resolve issues to maintain momentum and client satisfaction.
- A customer-focused mindset with a desire to go above and beyond.
- Full UK driving licence and own car.
