You will take full ownership of delivering projects from inception through to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality. Key duties include:
- Leading projects across all RIBA stages with autonomy, supported by a multi-disciplinary team.
- Acting as the single point of contact for clients and maintaining strong, long-term relationships.
- Advising on and managing the appointment of consultants and specialists.
- Identifying and implementing strategies that drive successful project outcomes.
- Leading and mentoring members of the project management team.
- Promoting the business within the construction industry through service excellence and networking.
- Driving innovation in service delivery through new processes and technology.
- Ideally chartered with RICS, APM or CIOB.
- Significant consultancy-based construction project management experience.
- Strong understanding of project delivery from RIBA stages 0-6.
- Proven track record of leading projects and teams with minimal supervision.
- Experience in establishing and delivering new projects, including early site de-risking.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills, with proficiency in MS Office, MS Project or similar software.
