You'll manage a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring that maintenance is completed promptly, compliance is met, and both landlords and tenants receive exceptional service.Ideal for someone already in a similar role, but we also welcome applicants with transferable skills looking to build a career in property management with support to achieve ARLA Propertymark qualifications.What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
  • Manage a portfolio of residential properties across Brighton, Bognor, and nearby areas
  • Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and contractor work, ensuring timely completion and compliance
  • Conduct property visits, inspections, and prepare detailed reports for landlords
  • Handle tenancy changeovers, rent reviews, renewals, and deposit deductions
  • Maintain accurate digital records, manage keys/meters, and support day-to-day office operations
  • Contribute to improving systems and ensuring service and compliance standards are met
What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):
  • Excellent telephone, communication, and customer service skills
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
  • Computer literate and able to manage digital records
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Calm under pressure with a proactive mindset
  • At least 1 year of experience in AST property management (preferred)
  • ARLA Propertymark Level 3 qualified (preferred) or willing to qualify
  • Full, clean driving licence (essential)
