- Assess, diagnose, and manage MSK conditions using evidence-based practice.
- Identify red flag symptoms and escalate cases appropriately.
- Develop individualised rehab and management plans, promoting self-management.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
- Tailor care to patient needs, considering health, well-being, and employment factors.
- Facilitate patient self-management, minimising pharmacological interventions.
- Deliver group and one-to-one patient education sessions.
- Communicate diagnoses, treatment options, and prognosis effectively.
- Support patient decision-making and adherence in line with NICE guidelines.
- Uphold clinical governance through audit, evaluation, supervision, and training.
- Participate in clinical supervision and case discussions.
- Engage in personal development, training, and competency completion.
- Support student physiotherapist induction and mentoring.
- Contribute to audits and service improvement initiatives.
- Build strong working relationships within the PCN multidisciplinary team.
- Promote MSK health initiatives across practices.

- Experience with SystmOne & NHS primary care MSK settings (desirable).
