
Accounts Assistant

- Generate and issue daily sales invoices
- Process debit notes and customer credit notes accurately
- Maintain up-to-date customer records, including contact details, credit limits, and payment terms
- Match proofs of delivery with corresponding invoices
- Distribute monthly customer statements
- Assist with general finance administration, including filing and audit trail maintenance
- Provide ad hoc reporting and analysis as required
- Support strong customer relationships to maximise on-time payments
- Previous experience in a similar accounts receivable or finance support role
- Strong attention to detail and good numerical ability
- Confident communicator with a proactive, customer-focused approach
- Working knowledge of finance systems and Microsoft Excel
- AAT study or interest in pursuing AAT (desirable but not essential)
