Part-Time Accounts AssistantNorwich22 - 25 hours pwc£28kKeeler Recruitment are proud to be partnering with a well-established and thriving business located just outside Norwich in their search for a Part-Time Accounts Assistant.This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in accounts receivable who is looking for a flexible role within a friendly and collaborative finance team. You'll play a key part in ensuring timely and accurate sales invoicing and contribute to the smooth running of daily finance operations, supporting cash flow and overall business performance.Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate and issue daily sales invoices
  • Process debit notes and customer credit notes accurately
  • Maintain up-to-date customer records, including contact details, credit limits, and payment terms
  • Match proofs of delivery with corresponding invoices
  • Distribute monthly customer statements
  • Assist with general finance administration, including filing and audit trail maintenance
  • Provide ad hoc reporting and analysis as required
  • Support strong customer relationships to maximise on-time payments
What We're Looking For:
  • Previous experience in a similar accounts receivable or finance support role
  • Strong attention to detail and good numerical ability
  • Confident communicator with a proactive, customer-focused approach
  • Working knowledge of finance systems and Microsoft Excel
  • AAT study or interest in pursuing AAT (desirable but not essential)
