📌 Full-time & part-time roles availableABC Teachers is currently recruiting enthusiastic Learning Support Assistants to join a well-established Special Educational Needs (SEND) school in Stourbridge. We’re working closely with this supportive setting to fill a number of roles for the new academic year – with both full-time and part-time opportunities starting September 2025.🧩 About the Role:
  • Provide tailored support to students in small nurture groups and 1:1 sessions
  • Assist class teachers in delivering a personalised curriculum based on individual needs
  • Work collaboratively within a supportive and experienced staff team
  • Flexible roles available – both short-term and long-term placements

✅ About You:
  • Experience working with children or adults with SEND in an educational or care setting
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Able to build positive, trusting relationships with students and colleagues quickly
  • Passionate about supporting young people and promoting inclusive education
  • Must be able to provide references and complete an enhanced DBS check
