We're looking for an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to join our dynamic team in West Hull.About the RoleAs Warehouse Team Leader, you'll be at the heart of our fast-paced warehouse operation, leading, motivating, and coaching a team of operatives to deliver a world-class service. You'll build strong relationships across the business and with our customers, ensuring accuracy, quality, and efficiency are at the forefront of everything we do.You'll be responsible for:
  • Inspiring and guiding your team to meet daily goals and KPIs.
  • Supporting customer-specific needs and ensuring service levels remain consistently high.
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements in collaboration with your line manager.
  • Overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth workflow across shifts.
