At the heart of public service, we believe in empowering communities, protecting well-being, and maintaining environments where people thrive.We're now looking for a Multi-Skilled Technician (Engineer) to join our Facilities Management team at the Welsh Government BCP site.Whatyou'll do:Maintain, repair, and install critical plant and building systemsDeliver a mix of electrical, mechanical, and general building tasksRespond to emergency faults and minimise downtimeWork with specialist contractors and integrate their work into site operationsTake ownership of key systems such as BMS, HVAC, fire safety, and boiler control systemsWhat you bring:
  • Must-Haves:
Recognised qualifications in HVAC (City & Guilds) and/or electrical/mechanical servicesMinimum 5 years' hands-on engineering experience in building maintenanceConfidence diagnosing faults and performing multi-trade repairsStrong understanding of statutory building requirements and asset lifecyclesComfortable working with digital systems (PDA/CAFM)Valid UK driving licence and ability to pass BPSS vetting (inc.
