Teaching Personnel is working in partnership with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Richmond Upon Thames, and we're seeking an exceptional SEMH Teaching Assistant to join their dedicated team full-time.About the Role:You’ll be working in the school’s Specialist Resource Provision (SRP), supporting pupils aged 4–11 with SEMH needs and challenging behaviour.
These pupils benefit from a personalised approach to learning, and you will play a vital role in helping them overcome barriers, build trust, and thrive academically and emotionally.What Makes This Role Stand Out:

- Someone local to or able to easily commute to Richmond Upon Thames.
All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
