Salary: £27,000 - £29,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm (Potential move to split shifts in the future)Are you a hands-on problem solver with a passion for quality and precision? We're looking for a dedicated Assembly Engineer to join a skilled team working on premium, bespoke products in a physically demanding and rewarding environment.What You'll Be Doing:You'll play a key role in the final stages of the production process-after welding and painting, but before site installation. Your tasks will include:
- Mechanical assembly and product testing
- Proactively identifying and resolving issues to ensure product quality before dispatch.
- Drilling/tapping, lite and heavy assembly works using hand tools, Crane operations, high attention to detail and finishing touches.
- Working with hydraulics, electrics, and structural components and as part of a team.
- Background in general building, fabrication, or mechanical assembly
- Proficient in hands-on mechanical work, including hydraulic and electrical systems (No Welding)
- Physically fit and capable of handling a physically intensive role
- Focused on delivering results with a proactive mindset and a hands-on attitude
- A high level of attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
- £27,000 - £29,000 salary
