- Providing HR advisory support to an assigned service.
- Develop and maintain good working relationships with partners e.g. payroll provider, Occupational Health, Health and Safety, EDI and Recruitment.
- Represent HR on panels to consider ill-health, grievance, performance and disciplinary issues and on appeal panels as appropriate.
- Coach managers to develop their people management skills and improve their confidence in dealing with complex HR Issues.
