We are looking for a Superintendent Pharmacist to take a central role in setting up and managing the business, ensuring full regulatory compliance, and supporting future growth.As the named Superintendent Pharmacist with the GPhC, you will lead our GPhC and CQC applications and help shape the company from the ground up. The role will initially be part-time during the set-up phase, with the opportunity to transition into full-time once the business is fully operational.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the named Superintendent Pharmacist with the GPhC.Lead on regulatory applications (GPhC, CQC) and ensure compliance.Develop SOPs, governance frameworks, and ensure inspection readiness.Oversee online prescribing and distance-selling models with a focus on patient safety.Support tech-assisted prescribing and automation adoption.Provide professional leadership with progression into a managerial/leadership role.About YouCurrent GPhC registration and eligible/willing to be named Superintendent Pharmacist.Minimum 3 years post-registration experience (online pharmacy experience desirable).Strong knowledge of GPhC compliance and inspection requirements.Preferably experienced in:Distance-selling or online pharmacy operationsSOP creation and governance frameworksLiaising with regulatorsCQC requirements for online prescribing modelsGLP-1 prescribing and supply (desirable, not essential)Open to innovation and new models of care while maintaining compliance.What We OfferSalary: £40,000£50,000 (depending on experience)Bonuses + Profit Share opportunities28 days annual leaveHours: MondayFriday, 9am5pm (flexible)Part-time remote/hybrid role with site visits, potential to move to full-timeCandidate must provide own laptopClear progression path opportunity to grow into Manager of the Business
