- Implement the tactical element of the marketing plan through delivery of key messages to the target audience as directed by the PN Sales and Marketing management teams
- Exceed sales versus target for promotional priorities
- Develop and implement business plans and strategies for both Fresenius Kabi and competitor key accounts
- Work with the NSM to develop solutions/presentations for tender submissions for target accounts
- Work with the National Sales Manager to develop and implement strategies to secure and grow business in all Fresenius Kabi accounts
- Consistently communicate with all relevant personnel, on business objectives and provide detailed call notes on the CRM
- Work to set call rate guidelines as identified by the NSM and associated activity reporting via the Fresenius Kabi CRM System
- Take the lead role in developing and implementing account business plans
- Work with the management team to develop successful sales strategies in your designated key accounts
- Liaise with all relevant departments and personnel to achieve business objectives. In particular, your NSM, MSLs, Marketing and Customer Services
- Life science degree or equivalent
- Proven track record in pharmaceutical sales or the NHS
- Demonstrate good business acumen
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
