From £50,000We're working with a well-established Bristol-based organisation looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join them on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a key role supporting the senior leadership team through a period of change and growth.What you'll be doing:Managing the day-to-day finance function, ensuring accurate and timely reportingProducing management accounts, budgets and forecastsSupporting month-end and year-end processesBusiness partnering with key stakeholders across the organisationLeading on process improvement and ensuring strong financial controlsWhat we're looking for:A qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent)Proven experience in a Finance Manager or similar roleConfident working in a fast-paced, changing environmentStrong Excel and systems skillsAvailable at short notice or immediatelyThe Offer:From £50,000Flexible hybrid working (2-3 days in the office per week)Supportive team environment and hands-on role with real impact
