The team is warm, welcoming, and focused on creating a safe, inclusive space where students can truly thrive.We’re looking for a committed Engagement & Learning Support assistant to join a supportive specialist school setting where every child is given the opportunity to thrive.About the role 🎭 Ideal for Performers:In this role, you’ll bring learning to life by either assisting or delivering pre-set work in a creative and engaging way-helping every student feel supported, included, and inspired. Working closely with SEN teachers and support staff, you’ll play a key part in creating a calm, positive classroom environment where learners can thrive. Whether it’s sparking curiosity, encouraging progress, or simply bringing a smile to someone’s day, your presence will make a real impact.What We’re Looking For:

- Resilience, patience, and the ability to stay calm in challenging situations
- Willingness to learn and adapt-no two days are the same!
- A passion for making a difference, especially for students who need extra support to succeed
- An interest in SEN, mental health, or inclusive education (experience is a bonus, not a must)
- Hold Right to Work in the UK
- Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service OR be willing to process a new application
- Provide two professional child related references
