- Coach world-class outbound and end-to-end sales processes
- Improve outbound conversion, qualification, and deal progression
- Drive consistent pipeline quality, sales hygiene, and performance
- Scale our account-based outbound strategy across both Avvoka and MassDraft
- Coach SDRs and AEs on outreach planning, messaging, sequencing, and execution
- Guide multithreading and stakeholder engagement for long-cycle enterprise deals
- Deliver coaching on cold calls, demos, stakeholder management, and deal strategy
- Support development and adoption of playbooks, value frameworks, and objection handling tools
- Reinforce use of MEDDPICC and JOLT methodologies
- Monitor deal qualification, quoting processes, and Proof of Concept (PoC) execution
- Ensure deals progress with clear ROI, stakeholder buy-in, and implementation plans
- Maintain CRM hygiene and track key metrics: demo rates, win rates, ACV, cycle length
- Conduct 1:1s, deal reviews, and performance assessments
- Share insights with leadership to inform strategic decisions
- Drive adoption of our sales stack: HubSpot, Apollo, Fireflies, Orum, Sales Navigator, and more
- Identify training needs and embed tools into daily workflows
- Increased outbound-to-demo and demo-to-opportunity conversion
- Shorter sales cycles and higher win rates
- Clean, accurate CRM data and predictable pipeline performance
- A sales culture built on coaching, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Scalable, repeatable processes that enable future SDR and AE hires to ramp fast
- 2+ years in SaaS sales management, outbound leadership, or enablement
- Experience coaching SDRs and AEs in complex, consultative sales environments
- Familiarity with MEDDPICC, JOLT, and PoC-based selling
- Legaltech or regulated buyer experience is a plus
- Confident communicator and coach with a data-driven mindset
- Comfortable working across global time zones and strategic accounts
- Proven experience or strong interest in B2B SaaS environments
- A strong track record or interest of contributing to the growth of fast-paced, scaling companies
- Exceptional adaptability in dynamic and rapidly evolving settings
- A proactive, solution-focused mindset with a strong drive to take ownership
