This position will also coordinate with other members of the tax department to prepare direct and indirect tax returns as well as the corresponding income tax provisions.Key Responsibilities
  • Detailed review of quarterly and annual REIT compliance testing calculations and workpapers.
  • Prepare/review dividend distribution analysis and related reporting.
  • Prepare tax workpapers in support of tax return compliance.
  • Prepare estimated tax payments, computation of taxes due, and reporting.
  • Prepare tax account reconciliations.

  • This is a 100% office-based role in Central London.
  • 1–3 years of tax experience, ideally gained in an accounting firm or corporate tax department.
  • Actively working towards ACA, ACCA, CTA, or a similar professional qualification — or a strong desire to pursue one — is essential.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Familiarity with UK tax legislation.
  • Working knowledge of accounting and general ledger systems.
  • Basic understanding of tax principles and/or real estate taxation is desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence in client-facing situations.
