Job IntroductionWe are looking for a Corporate Receptionist to join our Rapport team, to work at our client sites based in the heart of City of London. The client is a British multinational risk management, insurance brokerage and advisory company.There is a strong client focus, an emphasis on teamwork, unwavering integrity, mutual respect, and a constant striving for excellence. As a Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional and warm customer service, demonstrating excellent communication skills, and maintaining sustainable relationships with key stakeholders.Type of contract: Full-time, PermanentHours: 40 per week (Monday-Friday; shift rota between 7:30 AM and 5.30 PM)Main responsibilities
  • Welcoming guests at the reception and escorting them to their meeting rooms or required destination within the building
  • Proactively managing guest requests in an efficient, friendly and timely manner, ensuring all business requirements are dealt with promptly and professionally
  • Providing administrative support at all times
  • Booking meeting rooms and ensuring all AV & other required equipment are provided
  • Liaising with the events team and managing the catering support for the meeting room spaces
  • Handling all internal and external calls in a professional manner
